Risin Baseball vision

Risin Baseball focuses on the development of baseball players during their high school years in preparation for competition beyond, with an emphasis on the promotion of physical and mental skills while competing at the highest possible levels. This program concentrates on building character through teaching the value of a strong work ethic, commitment to achieving goals, sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, and the promotion of a winning attitude. Risin Baseball also emphasizes and teaches a respect for the game of baseball. Winning is the result of "building strong character through competition".

Our directors and led by Brian. Our leadership team is dedicated to developing players both on and off the field. With years of experience and a passion for the game, they focus on mentorship, skill development, and preparing athletes for the next level of competition.

Brian Aylor

2005-24 Head Baseball Coach Norman North Head Baseball

Coach Brian Aylor took over the Norman North Baseball Program in 2005. Since then he has led the Timberwolves to 7 Regional Championships. Norman North has also been Conference Champions 3 times, District Champions 4 times, Regional Champions 4 times as well as the 2013 State Runner Up. His philosophies and instruction have propelled the Timberwolves to one of the top Baseball programs in Oklahoma. In his 21 years as a Head Coach, he has had 20 players selected to Oklahoma Coaches Association All State. He has sent over 100 players to play at the collegiate level and has had 4 players drafted by Major League Baseball. His knowledge of the game goes back to his background as a player. He spent four seasons in the New York Yankees Organization after being drafted in the 7th round in 1996. He was an all Big 8 Centerfielder at Oklahoma State University.

Brady Baugh

Recruiting Coordinator

Brady Baugh is the current Hitting Coach at Deer Creek HS, and previously led the Midwest High School Bombers as head coach since the 2018-2019 school year, becoming the youngest head coach in program history to serve in the role. During his time as head coach, the Bombers doubled their number of wins over the past two seasons and won the 2021 Guthrie 89er Invitational. He was also the recipient of the Oklahoma Region 8 Head Coach of the Year 2019. During his three years as head coach for the Bombers, he sent four players to play collegiately.
