Coach Hunnicutt took over the Westmoore Baseball program in the fall of 2023 after a long stint as an assistant for the Jaguars. As an assistant, Hunnicutt was a part of 8 Regional Championship teams. Three of those went on to be 6A State Runners-Up. In his first season as head coach, he guided the Jaguars to another Regional Championship and went on to win Westmoore’s 2nd State Championship in school history. Before getting into coaching, Hunnicutt attended the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, where he was a pitcher for the Drovers from 2005-2008. Before that, he was a 2004 graduate of Westmoore. Coach Hunnicutt currently lives in Moore with his wife, Ashley, and their 3 kids Lexi, Bishop, and Briley. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and watching his children’s sporting events.
